Job Description
Join Our Dynamic Healthcare Team as a Night Shift RN!

Job Description:


- Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (03:00 - 15:30)
- Schedule: 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts, 3a-330p (7a-730p occasionally if needed)
- Coverage: Up to every other weekend and holiday as needed, no call required
- Minimum Experience: 2 years required, first-time travelers welcome!
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS required
- EHR System: Experience with EPIC is a must
- Experience: Must have STEMI and Stroke facility experience

Patient Care Focus:
- Special care populations include:
- Cancer
- Sepsis
- Medical emergencies
- Behavioral health
- Patient demographics: All ages, including neonates, adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics

Department Highlights:
- Critical care features include:
- Cath lab
- Women's health
- Comprehensive stroke care
- Daily patient census: ~180 visits per day
- Facility boasts 58 rooms and 58 beds

Staffing & Scheduling:
- Patient ratios: 4 patients per nurse
- Orientation hours: 36 hours of thorough onboarding
- Interdisciplinary support from:
- IV Teams
- Physical Therapy
- Respiratory Services
- Social Services

Key Requirements:
- Experience in:
- BiPAP/CPAP management
- Monitoring ventilated patients
- Central line management
- IV sedation and vasopressors
- Triage and dysrhythmia interpretation
- No open cases on background checks
- Active nursing license must be provided at submission

Travel Details:
- Float requirements: May be floated to any campus as needed
- RTO: Must be submitted with the application; no post-submission RTO accepted
