Seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a major enterprise system transformation at a large university serving 5,000+ faculty, staff, and student workers .
This role will lead the change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and adoption efforts during a critical phase of implementation. The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting ERP or enterprise SaaS transformations and be comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution .

This role will lead the change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and adoption efforts during a critical phase of implementation. The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting ERP or enterprise SaaS transformations and be comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead OCM strategy and adoption planning for a large-scale enterprise system implementation.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and communication planning across departments.
- Partner with the implementation partner's OCM team to tailor change frameworks and best practices.
- Drive organizational readiness, adoption, and process standardization .
- Support communications, training alignment, and change readiness activities .
- Mentor an OCM Specialist and help establish the foundation for a Change Management Office (CMO) .
- 7+ years of Organizational Change Management experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
- Experience supporting ERP, HRIS, Finance, or enterprise SaaS implementations .
- Workday experience preferred but not required.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and change adoption expertise .
- Familiarity with Prosci, ACMP, or similar change management frameworks .
- Higher Education experience is a plus.
