Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
2. Provide companionship and support to clients, creating a positive environment.
3. Assist with medications and maintain detailed health records.
4. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the implementation of personalized care plans.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in home care or a similar caregiving role.
2. Compassionate and patient personality.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
5. Must be 18 YO or older

Bonus If You Are:

1. Certified in CPR or first aid, or are a Certified Home Health Aide
2. Are familiar with special-needs care, such as Alzheimer's and Parkinsons.
3. Possess additional language skills.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with flexible shifts Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Raymond, New Hampshire.
