Job Description

• Specialty: CRNA
• Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department
• Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning FT ASAC for 3-6 months with the option to extend. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 5x8's, 40-hour work week guarantee. No nights, no weekends, no holidays, and no call.
• Case Mix: General, Endo, GYN, and Ortho
• Support Staff/Supervision: Independent Model
• Credentialing Time-Frame: 1-3 months
• Active IN License: Highly preferred upfront
• Flight/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Must be all-inclusive
