Pre-Suit Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney

A nationally recognized plaintiff's personal injury firm is seeking Pre‑Suit Attorneys to join its growing personal injury practice. This role is ideal for attorneys seeking to become part of a trial-team and trial lawyer, or who prefer to build a long‑term career focused on pre‑litigation advocacy and resolution. The attorney will handle all aspects of pre‑suit demands and case management, driving strong client outcomes across personal injury matters. Responsibilities Guiding clients through the pre‑suit process and managing expectations Drafting pre‑litigation documents and demand packages Overseeing settlement negotiations and the release approval process Completing liability and flips to litigation approvals Managing and mentoring a team of case managers Handling EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements Qualifications Law degree from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state Demonstrated interest in or experience with personal injury matters Strong client communication, leadership, and organizational skills Self‑starter with an interest in long‑term growth, either in pre‑suit or trial work If you are interested in and qualified for this Pre‑Suit Personal Injury Attorney role, please submit a resume to apply today!
