Leeds Professional Resources
Collaborate with VP of Pre-Construction/Estimating to select jobs for bidding. Prepare and submit bids in accordance with company policies. Develop detailed job packages including labor, material, subcontractor, equipment rental, and overhead costs. Ensure proper bid documentation and bonding requirements are met. Maintain strong relationships with customers, potential clients, and suppliers. Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and industry software (Blue Beam, Trimble MEP AutoBid). Requirements: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience . Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents. Strong math skills for calculations involving fractions, decimals, and proportions #J-18808-Ljbffr
