About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry to join the Per Diem Float Pool . The RN will provide high-quality patient care across telemetry and related units, utilizing strong clinical judgment and cardiac monitoring expertise in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care to telemetry patients

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

• Accurately document patient care in the EMR

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Float to assigned units based on staffing needs

• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active RN license (state-specific requirements apply)

• Minimum 1–2 years of recent Telemetry experience

• Strong cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation skills

• BLS required (ACLS preferred)

• Ability to work independently and adapt to multiple units

• Previous float pool experience preferred
