Overview

BrayTech is looking for a fun, bubbly, outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent at our new Grand Rapids, MI location ! Customer Service Agents are the first point of contact for our valued customers. Providing exceptional support, information and just a friendly face for your favorite companies. See below for the daily tasks of this position to make sure it’s the right fit for you! 

While this role does start as an entry level position and customer satisfaction is a priority, the growth of our team is our main focus. We are looking for the right individuals to give the opportunity to be cross trained from entry level into a management position within 1 year. 

Day to Day Responsibility : 

• Conduct face to face interactions in a retail environment 
• Greet customers with a warm, welcoming and professional demeanor 
• Assist with new customer account set up or existing customer account needs 
• Operate a POS system and sales transactions 
• Provide accurate information, promotions, deals and discounts to customers 
• Maintain sales quota on a daily and weekly basis

Qualifications to Join the Team : 

• MUST be at least 18 years old at the time of application 
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work On Site - No Remote or Hybrid work available for this role 
• Must have a strong work ethic, the willingness to learn and apply information, be a team player and one who is determined to succeed
• Must be able to pass a background check
