HR Data Specialist

The purpose of this role is to guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of staffing data, oversee the staffing section of our databases, and assist the human resources, staffing, and background check departments in obtaining data for generating reports. These reports demonstrate that the facility follows the contract requirements established by the Office of Refugee Resettlement, as well as with the expectations of program leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate staffing data is received and dispersed as needed.
  • Ensure that the staff roster is accurate, as well as other staff lists produced by department leads.
  • Aid program personnel and HR staff on a regular basis.
  • Partner with the background check department to ensure that background checks are done properly and in a timely manner.
  • Create staffing reports on a regular basis and some ad hoc reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with previous equivalent work experience

OR

  • Associate degree
  • Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Possess a clear Tuberculosis test.
  • Ability to successfully clear background checks.
  • Ability to successfully clear a drug screening.
  • Provide immunization documentation for Tdap, Varicella, MMR, Hepatitis A and B, Varicella.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in creating reports and data entry preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) preferred.
