Overview

Vayan Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to support quality and containment projects at our INSERT location. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, experience in rework or containment, and a hands-on approach to project coordination. The Project Coordinator will oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards are met, and support site launches and small team activities.

*Travel is a requirement for this role*

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee quality and containment activities on-site.
• Support mechanical rework operations and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and inspectors to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
• Ensure project documentation, reports, and quality records are accurate and timely.
• Assist with site launch activities, including setup, training, and process validation.
• Provide direction and support to small teams to achieve project goals.
• Maintain flexibility to meet production demands, including overtime and weekend work as needed.

Requirements

·         Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a Quality and/or Containment environment.

·         Technical background and demonstrated leadership experience required.

·         Experience performing detailed dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers, pin gauges, micrometers, and height gages .

·         Mechanical and/or rework experience required.

·         Strong understanding of quality processes, inspection methods, problem-solving, and containment operations .

·         Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·         Must be flexible to work varying hours, overtime, and weekends as business needs require.

Education

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
