Cath Lab Tech - Travel Job

Join our team as a Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) and play a vital role on a team that values your expertise while working in Bullhead City, AZ. Provide essential support to physicians and Cath Lab personnel during diagnostic tests and procedures. Operate advanced imaging equipment to capture critical cardiac and vascular data. This travel assignment offers guaranteed hours and on-call responsibilities as noted below.

Minimum Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology or equivalent XRay/ARRT certification required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cath Lab experience preferred; candidates with fewer years will be considered.
• Experience circulating and monitoring in the cardiac catheterization lab.
• Familiarity with STEMI protocols and highrisk mechanical circulatory support devices such as Impella, IABP, and Anari.
• Experience working with EMR systems; XPER experience preferred.
• Ability to respond to STEMI call within 30 minutes as required by the facility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification from CCI preferred.
• Prior experience in a hospital Cath Lab setting with circulating and scrub responsibilities.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0645-1715.
• Work schedule: 4x10s format.
• Oncall: 2-3 days per week and every 3rd weekend (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday). Thirty minute response time for STEMI call.
• Patient ratio: 3:1.
• Scrub color: light blue.
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours.
• Must be willing to work required oncall and weekend coverage.
