Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to work for our Central Ohio client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. Responsibilities: Work closely with the VP of Finance with all aspects of reporting deliverables for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end Lead the development of annual operating plans, strategic financial plans & quarterly forecasts Manage a high-performing team of managers and analysts Provide financial counsel and performance analysis Support decision-making and strategic planning activities, serving as a key resource to senior decision-makers in the business Identify financial issues and opportunities Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of corporate finance experience Strong business acumen Enjoy complex problem-solving utilizing financial modeling and analysis Strong oral and written communication skills Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Construction, Real Estate, and Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr Ringside Talent
