Weekends aren’t required, and we’re grateful when PRN team members offer occasional weekend availability. Orienting across three departments lets you broaden your clinical exposure and, when your availability aligns with patient volumes, often reach up to full‑time‑like hours—with all the flexibility of PRN. Responsibilities Evaluates individuals with medical or related conditions that limit the ability to move or perform functional activities. Develops, implements, and delegates treatment plans with individualized goals to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function and prevent disability. Monitors response of patients during therapeutic interventions. Supports evidence‑based practices. Communicates and collaborates treatment plan with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team. Displays creativity and innovation in service delivery. Documents and bills timely and accurately according to regulatory and third‑party requirements. Manages resources to maintain efficient and effective operations. Demonstrates initiative to improve quality and maximize patient experience. Demonstrates professionalism and personal growth in daily actions. Promotes professional rehabilitation objectives among interdisciplinary team members. Consistently utilizes a holistic approach considering physical, psych/social, spiritual, educational, safety, and related criteria appropriate to the age of the patients. Participates in process improvement to enhance care delivery and clinical excellence. Fosters professional relationships that enhance patient access and care delivery. Exhibits flexibility with assignments including hours of operation to meet business and customer needs. Exhibits willingness to accept and learn new skills. Qualifications Education: Graduated from an accredited program in the respective field. Experience: Experience in a specialty area preferred. License(s)/Certification(s): Current Iowa license as a PT; current BLS (CPR); valid driver’s license for work‑related driving. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Able to communicate effectively with diverse professional, educational, and lifestyle backgrounds; basic computer skills; electronic medical record experience preferred.
