Catering Server (Flex)

Location: The Grandview by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a flex (on-call) Catering Server. In this role you will provide exceptional service to our residents and employees during on-site catering and banquet events. Flexible shifts including short shifts, weekends, and no late nights! Compensation: commensurate with experience $20.00 - $21.00 per hour. What we offer Flexible schedules. PTO in accordance with applicable state law How you will make an impact Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently What you will need Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol Must be 18 years old. Must be able to work weekends and holidays Good communication skills Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
