Field Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator to support a large Cybersecurity companies LATAM field marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with running web events and webinars in both Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries.

Skills and Requirements
Native Portuguese speaker
Webinar Management: Lead the end-to-end process for monthly webinars, including speaker coordination, content planning, promotion, and post-event analysis.
Marketing Operations Support: Assist with purchase order (PO) creation, vendor onboarding, and budget tracking to ensure efficient marketing operations.
Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and event organizers to secure contracts, manage logistics, and ensure timely deliverables.
Event Coordination: Organize and oversee Cloudflare’s participation in tier-2 industry events, ensuring seamless execution and brand alignment.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, regional marketing, and global teams to align event and webinar initiatives with business objectives.
Partner Marketing: support partner marketing efforts in the region
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on event and webinar KPIs to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
