Project/Program Manager
Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a Project/Program Manager (Meridian, ID - Onsite)
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage intake and tracking of enhancement and project requests
- Route requests to the appropriate teams, process owners, or backlogs
- Coordinate across multiple business units to ensure alignment and visibility
- Support portfolio management, prioritization, and status tracking
- Collaborate with process, transformation, systems, and automation teams
- Monitor progress and drive timely follow-up on open requests
- Help standardize processes and improve cross-functional collaboration
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Program/project management experience (typically 5-10+ years)
- Strong business analysis and business process improvement skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive actions without direct reporting authority
- Experience managing multiple requests, projects, and competing priorities
- Strong follow-through, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to gather, refine, and document business requirements
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar work management tools
- No software development experience required
