We're hiring a Nurse Aide I/Clinical Secretary , a key member of our care team who helps create a positive experience for patients, families, and staff. In this role, you'll provide both direct patient support and administrative assistance, helping ensure excellent care and smooth day-to-day operations. What you'll do Provide patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Support patients, families, and care teams with administrative and secretarial duties. Deliver exceptional customer service while helping maintain an efficient care environment. Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and team members. Support WakeMed's Patient & Family Centered Care model through collaboration, information sharing, dignity, respect, and patient participation.
