Personal Banker: Build Relationships & Drive Small Business Sales

Citi is seeking an entry-level Personal Banker in Gaithersburg, MD, to support sales and service activities in coordination with customer service teams. You will help build loyalty, enhance client relationships, and increase sales to individual consumers. The role requires 0–2 years of experience, NMLS registration, and strong communication skills.
