About the Role:
Join Sacramento Dental Group Inc. as a Registered Dental Hygienist and become a vital part of our dedicated team in Carmichael, CA. We are passionate about providing exceptional dental care and creating a welcoming environment for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal therapy.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Assist in the identification of oral diseases and conditions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with patients.
Requirements:
- Valid California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene or higher.
- Experience in a dental practice preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of dental software and electronic health records.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
- Compassionate demeanor and a patient-focused approach.
