The Role

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented and hands-on Operations & Fulfillment Associate to support the day-to-day operations of WeaponUp at our Melbourne headquarters.

This person will be responsible for preparing, inspecting, packing and shipping our products, maintaining inventory, and helping keep our studio, warehouse and office spaces organized and running smoothly.

This is a highly practical, physically active role. You’ll spend much of your day working with products, preparing customer orders, organizing inventory and supporting the operational needs of a growing company.

You’ll also occasionally assist with event logistics, including transporting supplies and equipment using our company truck.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the small details, is quick and enjoys being part of a team where everyone contributes.

What You’ll Do

* Inspect WeaponUp swords and other products to ensure they meet our quality standards

* Prepare, label, package and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently

* Print shipping labels, organize outgoing shipments and prepare packages for carrier pickups

* Identify damaged or defective products and report quality concerns

* Receive, unpack, count and organize incoming inventory and shipments

* Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts

* Organize warehouse shelving, packaging materials, products and supplies

* Monitor inventory and shipping supplies, communicating when replenishment is needed

* Maintain a clean, organized and efficient warehouse and fulfillment space

* Help maintain the cleanliness, organization and general upkeep of our production studio and office spaces

* Assist with setting up, organizing and resetting studio spaces, furniture, props and equipment

* Prepare, pack and organize products, merchandise and supplies for WeaponUp events

* Occasionally drive the company truck to transport equipment, inventory and supplies to local events or other locations

* Assist with loading, unloading and moving products and equipment as needed

* Support general operational tasks and special projects as the company grows

Who We’re Looking For

Experience in warehouse operations, shipping, fulfillment or inventory management is a plus, but we’re equally interested in candidates who are dependable, organized and willing to learn.

Our ideal candidate has:

* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain clean, efficient workspaces

* A dependable, punctual and responsible approach to work

* The ability to work independently and complete tasks without constant supervision

* Comfort performing hands-on, repetitive tasks with consistency and care

* The ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently during busy periods

* A proactive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

* Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a small team

* Basic computer skills and the ability to learn shipping, inventory and order management systems

* A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record for operating a company vehicle

* The ability to lift and carry boxes and equipment weighing up to 40 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation

* Comfort working in a physically active environment that involves standing, packing, lifting and organizing products

Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, warehouse operations, shipping or consumer products is a plus.

Schedule & Location

This is an hourly, full time, in-person position based at WeaponUp’s headquarters in Melbourne, Florida.

The role follows a regular Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional flexibility required to support events, deliveries or operational needs.

This is a hands-on position, and candidates should be comfortable spending much of their workday on their feet, working with products and supporting the physical operations of the business.
