Food & Beverage Coordinator

Duties and responsibilities Provide administrative support to the F&B & Culinary department including managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation. Support the Executive Chef in menu planning and coordination, including maintaining up-to-date menu items, pricing, and recipe documentation. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, processing orders, and verifying deliveries for both food and beverage supplies and kitchen equipment. Provide technical support for culinary and F&B department systems and software, such as kitchen management systems and recipe databases. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as answering phones, filing documents, drafting correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. About you Previous experience in food & beverage operations is advantageous, as is knowledge of Fourth Hospitality and Procurement systems. You should possess strong administration skills and have a firm understanding of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
