Team Overview The Product Manager for the AI Acceleration team plays a critical role in achieving our goal of reimagining the status quo and finding new value creation opportunities. This transformational leadership role involves leading a large cross‑functional team through the product lifecycle from initial research to shipping. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and business partners to leverage AI capabilities to deliver customer‑facing solutions. Responsibilities Roadmap and strategy: shape product strategy and deliver innovative experiences that meet customer needs. Product lifecycle: oversee research, solution design, and production of AI‑enabled solutions. Stakeholder management: advocate and educate senior leaders on next‑generation AI solutions to drive alignment. Team leadership: lead cross‑functional teams, solve complex problems, and mitigate product risks. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management. Requires a degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent; candidate should obtain the degree on or before start date. Preferred Qualifications: Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products. At least 2 years of experience managing an AI solution in the market. Salary McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 Performance based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives (LTI), may be earned.
