Senior People Operations Manager

To enhance the employee experience in a remote setting, the full-time salaried Senior People Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day People Operations processes, manage employee lifecycle workflows, and coordinate with the Chief People and Engagement Officer (CPEO) while supporting a multi-state team. Key responsibilities Own and improve People Operations processes, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries and support employee relations documentation and investigations Coordinate with the CPEO on compliance, benefits administration, and payroll-related tasks while maintaining accurate employee records Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or HR operations Experience managing day-to-day People Operations processes for a remote and/or multi-state workforce Strong understanding of U.S. employment compliance fundamentals Experience coordinating employee leave processes and supporting employee relations matters Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
