Join the front of house team at Birdsong, led by Chef Chris Bleidorn. Birdsong is a two Michelin-starred restaurant in San Francisco, focused on heritage cuisine and warm, detail-driven hospitality. We are seeking a Host to join our dining room team.
We are looking for humble, hard-working individuals with a dedication to learning, a strong attention to detail, and a genuine desire to care for guests. This position is a strong career opportunity for someone seeking long-term growth and advancement in fine dining.

Job Duties
The Birdsong Host helps set the tone for the entire guest experience. Responsibilities may evolve with time and include:
- Greeting guests and creating a warm, professional first impression
- Managing the door and table flow to support service pace
- Communicating clearly with the dining room and kitchen teams to coordinate seating and timing
- Supporting guest needs throughout the meal (directions, coat check, farewells)
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness in the host stand and entry area
- Upholding the standards and culture of Birdsong
