Outpatient Therapist - Adult Counselor - Part-Time
Location: High Focus Centers - Northeast Philadelphia, PA

High Focus Centers is a trusted provider of outpatient behavioral health services in southeastern Pennsylvania, offering comprehensive and individualized care through our specialized programs: Rehab After Work , The Light Program , and Seeds of Hope . We serve adults and adolescents with a focus on mental health, eating disorders, and co-occurring concerns.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Adult Counselor to join our Northeast Philadelphia clinical team. Position Overview

The Adult Counselor will be responsible for:

• Providing individual outpatient therapy to adult clients
• Facilitating group therapy sessions for adult clients
• Conducting clinical assessments and developing person-centered treatment plans
• Collaborating with referral sources and other supports to promote client progress
• Monitoring behavioral and emotional needs and adjusting treatment as clinically indicated
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participating in clinical meetings and care coordination
• Supporting program goals and performing additional clinical duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field
• Completion of a clinical internship or practicum in a behavioral health setting

Preferred:

• Experience providing therapy to adults in outpatient settings
