HR & Recruiting Specialist

We're an early-stage company building our team from the ground up — and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us and shape how we hire and support our people. The Role As our HR & Recruiting Specialist, you'll be a key player in building our workforce and HR foundations. You'll spend most of your time sourcing and closing great talent, while also keeping our day-to-day HR operations running smoothly. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting — from job postings and sourcing to interviews and offer negotiations Build out recruiting channels (job boards, agencies, referrals, social media) that fit a growing company Track and improve hiring metrics like time-to-fill and candidate quality Help shape our employer brand and candidate experience from the ground up HR Operations Manage onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee records Support payroll inputs, benefits enrollment, and statutory compliance Own attendance/leave tracking and be a go-to resource for employee questions Help build practical, scalable HR policies as we grow What You'll Bring 3-5 years of experience in HR or recruiting, with solid full-cycle recruiting ownership Solid understanding of local labor law and compliance essentials Startup experience strongly preferred — you've helped build HR from scratch before A "get it done" mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace Willingness to handle both big-picture process design and everyday admin work Proficiency with Excel and common recruiting/HRIS tools Bonus Points Recruiting experience in tech or biotechnology industries Exposure to HRBP work or building HR systems from the ground up Why Join Us Real ownership and visibility — your work directly shapes our team and culture Fast growth opportunities as the company scales A chance to build HR processes your way, not inherit someone else's playbook #J-18808-Ljbffr Stanley Executive Search, Inc
