Wine Sales Brand Ambassador (Retail Promotions & Consumer Engagement)
Part-Time | $30/hour | Flexible event-based schedule

About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic, professional Wine Brand Ambassadors to represent our premium wine portfolio at retail locations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, has a passion for wine, and thrives in a customer-facing environment.

As a Wine Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brands during scheduled in-store promotions. Your role is to educate consumers, drive product sales, ensure our wines are attractively merchandised, and create a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
•  Represent our wine brands professionally during scheduled retail promotions.
•  Arrive at assigned retail locations on time and prepared for each event.
•  Set up and maintain an attractive promotional display and tasting station (where permitted).
•  Engage shoppers in friendly, authentic conversations about our wines.
•  Educate consumers on wine styles, varietals, regions, food pairings, and brand stories.
•  Encourage product purchases through knowledgeable, consultative selling.
•  Verify products are properly stocked and displayed.
•  Merchandise shelves and displays to maximize visibility and presentation.
•  Communicate inventory concerns or merchandising opportunities to management.
•  Distribute promotional materials and marketing collateral.
•  Submit accurate time records and required reports electronically after each assignment.
Required Qualifications
•  At least 21 years of age.
•  Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
•  Passion for wine and a solid foundation of wine knowledge.
•  Professional appearance with polished business casual attire.
•  Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
•  Comfortable initiating conversations with consumers.
•  Reliable personal vehicle.
•  Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and driving record acceptable for company insurance requirements.
•  Reside within approximately 50 miles of assigned retail locations.
•  Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
•  Reliable internet access for receiving schedules and submitting reports.
•  Smartphone with email capability.
Preferred Qualifications
•  Experience as a wine brand ambassador, beverage promoter, retail merchandiser, wine educator, or wine sales representative.
•  Experience in grocery, wine retail, or beverage alcohol.
