Listen carefully to customer concerns and deliver solutions that address the root cause, not just the symptom
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and members.
Build long-term trust with customers. Our most successful technicians are also our most customer focused.
Participate in rotating on call shifts, occasional overtime, and weekend work based on the demand.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
