Outpatient | Office-Based | Weekdays Only | Training & Ongoing Support Provided

Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000 + Productivity Bonus Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm Practice Setting: Outpatient Interventional Pain Management Travel: Some travel between clinic sites

A Specialty Role with Real Support

Pain management is a specialty — but you do NOT need pain management experience to succeed here.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient pain management practice. This is an office-based role focused on scheduled outpatient visits, patient education, and collaborative care.

No pain management experience required ~2 weeks of hands-on initial training Daily, ongoing access to supervising physicians Collaborative environment — you are never practicing alone

• Comfort with office-based outpatient visits

What You'll Do

• Conduct pain-focused histories and physical exams
• Manage acute and chronic pain conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Develop and follow treatment plans for outpatient visits
• Provide pre- and post-procedure follow-up care
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and next steps
• Prescribe medications per state and practice guidelines
• Document visits clearly in the EMR
• Collaborate daily with physicians, MAs, and clinical staff

Training & Ongoing Support

• Approximately 2 weeks of hands-on onboarding
• Side-by-side training in:
  • Pain-focused assessments
  • Patient communication and education
  • Treatment planning and follow-up visits
• Permanent supervising support — physicians are always available to:
  • Answer questions
  • Review plans
  • Provide guidance on complex cases

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA-C (new graduates welcome)
• Active, unrestricted state license
• National certification
• BLS/CPR required (ACLS preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
