Training & D&A Coordinator

WHAT YOU’LL DO Review training content as an independent, impartial reviewer. Coordinate and schedule training sessions. Update and edit training materials as requested by the Training & D&A Supervisor. Plan Spring and Fall maintenance personnel training. Coordinate crewing and training rotations to support hands‑on mentoring in daily tasks, logbooks, and standards. Lead and develop training events in collaboration with internal teams and external providers, ensuring consistent skill development. Assist in developing aircraft‑specific courses. Maintain training programs. Support the Coulson Drug & Alcohol Program (DAMP), including maintaining DER status throughout employment. WHAT YOU’LL BRING High School Diploma required; post‑secondary education is a plus. 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with scheduling, training systems, or technical applications. Strong organization, problem‑solving, and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Flexible, team‑oriented, and able to work occasional evenings/weekends. Valid passport and ability to travel; aviation experience is a bonus.
