Job Summary and Qualifications

The Imaging Assistant is responsible for customer service and image distribution for Outpatient Radiology. This includes copying, mailing and delivery of images in a timely and organized manner. Our team is passionate about ensuring an exceptional patient experience and committed to caring like family.

What you will do in this role:

• Greet patients and process the required admission documents to include order entry.
• Respond to patients, physicians and others by telephone and face-to-face to process requests for images and reports.
• Handle subpoenas for images and reports.
• Act as a liaison for staff, outside agencies, vendors, physicians, corporate / division staff and other departments within the facility.

What qualifications you will need:

• Highschool Diploma or GED Required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
