Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. High level of professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction. Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
