Our firm specializes in the planning, design, and construction management of infrastructure systems including water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, and utilities. This position is based in our Yakima office, located at 180 Iron Horse Court. A hybrid work arrangement—requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office—is available after 12 months of employment.

*Position Summary:*
We are currently seeking a full-time *Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)* to join our Yakima team. The successful candidate will lead field crews and be responsible for conducting and overseeing boundary, topographic, and construction surveys. Additional responsibilities include performing research, completing calculations and office setups, preparing legal descriptions and easement documents, and reviewing plats, boundary line adjustments (BLAs), and easement documentation.

*Qualifications:*

· Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in the State of Washington

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

*Compensation and Benefits:*
*We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package. The anticipated total compensation for this position (including year-end bonus) ranges from $95,000 to $135,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefits include:*
