Creative Designer

Key Responsibilities A talented and creative Designer with at least 3 years of experience is needed to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, branding, motion graphics, video editing and creating high-quality designs across digital and print platforms. The designer will collaborate with various teams to translate concepts into visually engaging materials that align with our brand identity and goals. Design and Branding: Create visually appealing designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, posters, brochures, and other marketing collateral. Motion Graphics and Animation: Design and produce dynamic motion graphics and animations for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and video content. Video Editing: Collaborate with the content teams to carry out basic editing of video footage and integrate motion graphics. Concept Development: Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts that meet business objectives. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Illustration and Typography: Produce custom illustrations and apply typography effectively to enhance design projects. Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, content creators, and marketing strategists to brainstorm and execute creative ideas. Quality Assurance: Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of final designs before production or publication. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other relevant tools. A strong portfolio showcasing design projects, motion graphics, and video editing, including branding, social media, and print materials. Excellent understanding of design principles, including layout, colour theory, typography, and user-centered design. Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with UI/UX principles is a bonus. Education Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). #J-18808-Ljbffr
