Corporate M&A Associate Attorney

I’m working closely with an AmLaw 50 Firm actively hiring a Corporate M&A Associate for its Austin office.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Compensation : MILIBANK Base + MILIBANK Bonus
- Experience : 5–7 YOE with sophisticated experience representing public and private companies in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions
- ⚖️ Practice : High-level transactional work including M&A, joint ventures, corporate governance, and strategic business transactions
- Training & Growth : Significant client contact, early responsibility, direct partner access, and opportunities to lead deal workstreams while mentoring junior associates
- Platform : International AmLaw 50 firm with a nationally recognized corporate practice and deep industry relationships
- Location : Austin, Texas ( Dallas and Houston also available )
- ⭐ Ideal Background : Strong drafting and negotiation skills, experience managing transactions from structuring through closing, and a desire to work on sophisticated, market-leading deals
