A Facility in Kentucky Seeks a Locum Tenens Internal Medicine Physician

Internal Medicine

2 days per week flexible on days worked, with potential to increase

15 22 patients per day depending on SNF census

Skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting

Open to internal medicine or family medicine adults only

Standard primary care SNF procedures required

Regulatory visits MD responsible for every other 60-day visit

Hospital privileges required

Minimum 1-year locums or temp-to-perm commitment required
