Registered Nurse - Oncology

$2121.60/week - Job Summary: Seeking experienced Oncology Registered Nurses to provide specialized patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role involves delivering high-quality oncology treatments and supporting patient needs throughout their care journey. Responsibilities: Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments following protocols and safety guidelines. Monitor patient responses and vital signs, promptly reporting any adverse reactions. Educate patients and families about treatment plans, side effects, and post-care instructions. Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Adhere to all regulatory and institutional policies to maintain compliance and safety standards. Qualifications: Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Possess at least 1 year of clinical experience, with preferred oncology background. Demonstrate knowledge of oncology treatments, medications, and protocols. Obtain and maintain ONS certification; OCN certification highly preferred. Exhibit strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Capable of working Monday through Friday, daytime hours, with flexibility for weekend scheduling as needed.
