Job Duties
- Conduct comprehensive dental assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide high-quality care through a wide range of dental procedures, including restorations, extractions, and cosmetic treatments.
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care to support long-term wellness.
- Maintain a professional and compassionate approach to patient interactions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain and elevate the practice’s standards of excellence.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD Degree
- Excellent chair-side presence, and ability to make patients feel relaxed
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and communicate effectively with patients of all ages, including pediatrics
- Openness to coaching, mentorship, and a desire to grow
- 1-2 years experience at a dental practice preferred
