Job Description Experience: Mid Level Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year Location: Griffin, GA, US What You’ll Be Doing Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver hands‑on therapy and guide patients through exercises and recovery plans Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and manage patient records Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and referral sources Educate patients and families on recovery and at‑home care Contribute to clinic success through quality care and performance metrics Qualifications / Must‑Haves Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) – required Open to new grads or experienced clinicians Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced outpatient environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team‑oriented with a positive, growth mindset About the Company We are partnering with a growing outpatient physical therapy provider expanding across the South Atlanta market.
