Platform Implementation Manager

We are currently seeking a Platform Implementation Manager for a prominent client. This position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates located in New York City or San Francisco (also open to Phoenix, Los Angeles, Denver, or Chicago). Job Description Pay: $40 – 42.76/hr (W2) This is a fully remote role (preferred local to New York City, San Francisco; open to Phoenix, Los Angeles, Denver, and Chicago) 5 / 6-month assignment You will lead onboarding and implementation projects for SMB merchants adopting online ordering, mobile apps, loyalty, and gift card solutions Serve as the primary point of contact throughout implementation, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure successful merchant launches Conduct kickoff meetings, manage project timelines, and provide training and operational support during the onboarding process Troubleshoot technical issues related to merchant websites and POS integrations before escalating to engineering Partner closely with Sales and Account Management teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and collect merchant feedback to improve products and processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 3 – 5 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, project management, or account management Hands‑on onboarding experience with merchants using POS systems such as Toast, Square, Clover, or similar platforms Experience providing merchant‑facing support, ideally with SMB customers Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve implementation issues independently If you are interested in hearing more about the position, please respond to this posting with your resume attached.
