Make an impact in education by supporting students as a paraprofessional in a vibrant school community near Kansas City, KS. Multiple contract positions are currently available, primarily at the elementary level, with opportunities also spanning grades K-12. These roles assist diverse classroom settings, including life skills, autism, and behavior-focused environments.
You'll be able to share your preferences for caseloads and discuss your special education experience during the interview process, ensuring a personalized placement. Successful candidates will receive recommendations and potential job offers following interviews.
Key Qualifications:
- Prior experience working as a paraprofessional, especially in school or classroom settings.
- Familiarity with special education populations is highly valued.
- Ability to support students in life skills, autism, or behavior-focused classrooms.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers and support staff.
- Flexibility and adaptability to different age groups and student needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
