You'll work closely with children with autism and related disabilities, providing comprehensive, individualized treatment in a supportive and dynamic environment. Your role will focus on utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to nurture language development, functional life skills, and positive behavior changes.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized education plans using Applied Behavior Analysis to foster language development and positive behavior changes.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to create a supportive learning environment tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Monitor and document student progress, providing insightful feedback to parents and team members.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices in ABA.
• Facilitate small group sessions, ensuring a personalized approach with a 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1 student/teacher ratio.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and support to reinforce learning at home.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of student performance, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
