Ensuring quality and environmental compliance (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001) and internal requirements. The role has overall responsibility for quality across the manufacturing operations for the industrial automation market, with a strong focus on product reliability, process capability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.Requirements· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline· Significant experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.· Experience in electromechanical, industrial automation, or related industry · Solid knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001/IATF and Quality Management Systems· Experience with manufacturing process control, product testing, non-conformity management, and continuous improvement· Experience in customer and supplier quality management· Familiarity with quality methodologies and tools such as 8D, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and CAPA· Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.Key SkillsStrong leadership, ownership and team management Customer-oriented mindset Analytical and structured problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail combined with a process-oriented approach Ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration Ability to manage priorities in a manufacturing environment Data-driven decision making Continuous improvement mindset Ability to promote and develop a strong quality culture across the organizationPacchetto retributivo:Retribuzione Annua Lorda (RAL) 60k/70k + Bonus 10% Sede di lavoro: Provincia Milano#LI-CC1Wyser S.r.l. è autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
