This facility is seeking a Primary Care Home Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

* Schedule: Monday - Friday 7a-5p, 3-5 days per week

* Patients per day: 16-22

* Practice Setting: Home Health

* Scope: Outpatient

* State Licensure: Virginia State medical license, Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)

* Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
