Mammography Technologist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. No weekends.

Job Description

The Mammography Technologist will be responsible for performing screening and diagnostic mammography, as well as conducting diagnostic ultrasound and interventional breast procedures in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures.
Conduct diagnostic ultrasound and interventional breast procedures.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Maintain equipment and adhere to quality assurance protocols.
Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team, including front desk staff and nursing personnel.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 6 months of current experience as a Mammography Technologist.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
ARRT (M) certification and active Colorado licensure.
Preferred: ARRT (BS) and ARRT (BD) certifications.
