Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess individual patient needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Practices: Utilize research-based methods to enhance patients' motor function, cognitive abilities, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive and integrated care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Instruct patients and their families on therapy techniques to ensure sustained progress at home
• Monitor and Document Progress: Track patient outcomes and modify treatment plans accordingly, ensuring continuous improvement

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications welcomed and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure
• NBCOT certification is a prerequisite
