Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in West Grove, PA is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Juan Ortiz State Farm, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote and provide life insurance coverage options. Prospects will be provided through current book of business as well as your own leads through referrals, marketing, and networking.

Responsibilities

Have customer-focused, needs-based conversations to identify and educate customers about insurance options best suited for them.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Develop new leads through referrals, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

Life and Health license
Strong sales and customer service skills / experience
Knowledge of life insurance products and services
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
