Rome Shuttle Services is looking for someone to manage the office; Answer the phone, respond to email inquiries, use Quickbooks, create estimates, convert estimates to invoices, manage accounts receivable, schedule drivers, and complete all paperwork associated with each transport.
Pay is based upon experience and ranges from $18/hr - $27.50/hr. Monthly incentives may be offered.
The company is just under 2 years old, so the perfect candidate will have the opportunity to help a small company grow and to move up fairly quickly.
We are also looking for contract Chauffeurs.
