Proficient project management skills, demonstrating the ability to balance competing prioritiesAbility to forecast, prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentCapable of making informed, data-driven decisions under tight deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well with othersAbility to lead without authorityUnderstanding of Veeva is a plus The Project Manager Material Review, Marketing Operations facilitates the management of Advertising & Promotional materials as they pertain to the U.S. Commercial MRP (Material Review Process). The Project Manager Material Review, Marketing Operations ensures: Facilitation of cross-functional team (Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, others) review and approval of: o Advertising materials o Promotional materials o Sales Training materials o Promotional Labeling materials

• Management of cross functional team members and advertising agencies
• Open communication of material status with cross-functional team members and advertising agencies
• Tactical support and project timeline oversight of materials through MRP
• Consulting and training support to all team members responsible for uploading and approving materials within the MRP
• Timely review of all promotional, non-promotional materials through U.S. Commercial, Medical reviewers, Regulatory reviewers, and other key stakeholders

Years of experience/education and/or certifications required: o 5+ years’ experience in Project Management o Some understanding of Veeva or review systems o Some experience working with print and digital formats o Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Science, Education, Communication or related o Understanding of the MLR process and associated policies and systems o Pharmaceutical industry knowledge o Knowledge and prior experience in marketing, and communication or advertising agency experience o Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat; MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SmartSheets and Veeva PromoMats o Possesses ability to learn and adapt to other software tools as necessaryApplicant Notices & DisclaimersFor information on benefits, equal opportunity employment, and location-specific applicant notices, click here
