Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant

TEKsystems is searching for qualified candidates for a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant position with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL to start on July 6th.

Looking for individuals with financial services experience.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES WORKING FULLY ONSITE 4 DAYS PER WEEK FOR THE FIRST 6 MONTHS.

Description:

To assist Loan Officers in facilitating the completion of mortgage loan applications. To collect, analyze, and review supporting loan documentation in accordance with loan guidelines, and provide support throughout the loan application process. Serve as a point of contact for members, receiving and responding to member inquires to help them collect required information and complete any necessary documentation.

The goal of this position is to eventually transition into working as a Mortgage Loan Officer.

Basic Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Support and Communicate with Loan Officers and Members

- Obtaining min required docs from Member to assist in approvability of the loan

- Working the loan from pre app to post app

- Calculate income, analyzing asset statement

- Updating loan operating systems

- Volume: Pipeline via Jetpack to manage case load- Averaging 45-60 applications total per person which can ramp up during busier times of the year.

- Personal Log/Queue: They will received assignment notifications which will be in there “Personal queue”. The Loan Officer has already completed the set up that way the MLO can use it as a guide to complete what is needed in the application.

- Phone: 50% of the job -daily phone contact to members for certain tasks and other tasks will be virtual contact

Skills & Qualifications:

• Real Estate Lending/Financial services experience
• MINIMUM of 2-3+ years experience in a professional office administrative OR financial call center required
• Multi-tasking
• Professionalism
• Strong customer service skills (50% of the daily job is on the phone)
• Attention to detail

TRAINING SCHEDULE 7/6 - 8/10 (NO TIME OFF): Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm CST

SHIFT HOURS: Full Time 40-hours per week. Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm CST (must be available for both shift times)

LOCATION: Pensacola, FL - MUST REPORT ONSITE 4 DAYS PER WEEK FOR THE FIRST 6 MONTHS (1 day per week work-from-home)

• After the first 6 months, they will reduce to 3 days per week onsite based on performance/supervisor approval.

This is a Contract position based out of Pensacola, FL.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
